Privacy Policy

  1. Privacy/Security Statement
    At Association Management Consultants (AMC), we are committed to protecting your privacy and will comply with Canadian legislation for the collection, use and disclosure of all information collected by AMC, including that collected on this web site.
      
  2. Web Server Files
    At times we use standard web server log files to help us count visitors and evaluate our web site. That provides a statistical record of site traffic but gives no personal information about individuals.
      
  3. On-Line Surveys
    If you choose to participate in our on-line surveys, your response will be recorded as anonymous statistics only.

    We will not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than the purposes for which you gave consent when it was collected, unless you provide us with consent to do otherwise, or when it is required or permitted by law. We will not retain your personal information any longer than required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as may be required by law.
      
  10. Principle 6 - Accuracy
    We will make all reasonable efforts to maintain your personal information as accurate, complete and current as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. If you identify any errors in your information, please contact us and we will correct the errors.

Upon receipt of this request, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your personal information and will provide access to that information, except where the law requires or permits us to deny access.
