AMC’s December 31, 2012 Compensation and Operations Report – Non-Participant
The December 31, 2012 Survey Report is now available. This is the 23rd annual survey conducted by AMC. The results of the survey are tabulated by the following employee groupings: 1; 2 to 4; 5 to 10; 11 to 20; 21 to 50; 51 to 99 and over 100. The Report contains tables by salary, related to association type, budget size, location, number of staff and employee positions. In addition, the Report provides operational data on topics such as board size, frequency of board meetings, codes of conduct, board and staff appraisals, cost of directors and officers liability insurance and much more. As well as providing important information to BC’s larger not-for-profit organizations, the survey also meets the unique needs of small and medium sized associations operating in BC.
You can order a copy of the Survey Report by paying online or by mailing AMC a cheque. Participants in the Survey can purchase a copy of the 2012 Survey Report at a cost of $175 plus HST and shipping (total of $199). The regular non-participant’s price is $550 plus HST and shipping (total of $580.50). These prices are the same as they were last year and compare very favourably to private sector reports that can cost $600 for participants and $1,500 for non-participants.
However, there is a special reduced price for non-participants if they purchase by March 31, 2013 – $350 plus HST and shipping (total of $395.00).
